WHO.
We are looking for those who:
- are
Muslim Malaysian students studying in Russia.
- open
to all batch, including final years (for final years, their contribution
will end up till February 2014).
- have
PASSION for any of these : writing; photography-videography; journalism;
computers-IT; management-leadership; cooking; books; DIY-productivity-motivation;
design and entertainment (talent is a plus, BUT passion is a must).
- are
ready to be a part of a team.
- most
importantly, believe and try to put this verse 'wa man ahsana qaulam
mimman da'a ilallah' (41:33) into practice.
WHEN.
Online application is available for the whole month of October (6-26
October) 2013. The new committee will be informed by email and announced through the blog and Facebook in November.
WHERE.
You do not have to go anywhere, just fill in the online form
from your laptop or mobile devices.
HOW.

WHAT.
You may choose only ONE or TWO posts. The available posts and
job scope are:
- Local
wrap : act as a local reporter
who promotes and reports any event happening in his locality @
azamrussia.blogpost.com. Write only when there is an event to be reported
or promoted. We need 8-10 wrappers to cover all 5 areas - Moscow, St Pete,
Volgo, Nizhny and Kursk.
- Photographers
/ videographers / design :
act as the official photographer and videographer who photographs, records
or collects pictures/videos of any event happening in his locality.
Pictures/videos are uploaded into our blog, Facebook or our Youtube
channel. Work only when there is an event to be reported or promoted. May
also be in charge of creating promotional posters. We need 8-10
photographers to cover all 5 areas - Moscow, St Pete, Volgo, Nizhny and
Kursk.
- Friday
wrap : act as a news analyst who
examines, analyses, interprets and comments on news happening worldwide @
azamrussia.blogpost.com every Friday. Write once or twice a month. We need
4 Friday wrappers.
- Tazkirah : act as a permanent columnist at our blog and may
write Islamic articles, poems, short stories etc. Write once or twice a
month. We need 4-12 tazkirah columnists.
- Lifestyle
- Recipe : For those whose passion
is cooking! Act as a permanent columnist at our blog and write recipes or
cooking tips. Write once or twice a month.
- Lifestyle
- Book review :
for those whose passion are books! Act as a permanent columnist at our blog
and write review of books. Books could be of DnT (Dakwah and Tarbiyah),
motivational books and selected novels. Write once or twice a month.
- Lifestyle -
Movie / Music review :
for those whose passion is Entertainment! Act as a permanent columnist at
our blog and write a review on selected movies and music. Write once
or twice a month.
- Lifestyle
- DIY / Motivation / Productivity :
for those whose passion is DIY / Motivation / Productivity! Act as a permanent columnist at our blog and write tips on DIY, motivational tips
or productivity. Eg '5 must-have apps for a naqib'; 'DIY - 7
tips of organizing your wardrobe', 'How to stay motivated and brave
for public speaking', etc. Write once or twice a month.
- Lifestyle
– Academic : it is for those
who love spreading knowledge among friends, writing things which are
academic-based. The writer will write and provide info and any latest updates
in regards to the medical or engineering world. For example : medical
mnemonics, mind map, theory of gravity, any new surgical technique, up-to-date
mechanical intervention in aerospace and etc. Write once or twice a month.
- Management : act as the managers who sort out the duty
roster, reminding deadlines, conduct meetings between members
etc. Work round the clock. We need 2-3 managers.
- Computer-ITs : handle technical issues regarding maintenance
of the blog and other computer-IT-related issues. Work when such
issues occur. We need 1-2 techies.
- Lifestyle
- Baitul Muslim :
for those who are loyal listeners of Ummu Atifah-aka-Ummi's weekly online
talk on Baitul Muslim (Islamic marital affairs and marriage). The work may
include becoming moderator of the chatroom, record the online talk, write
notes for each talk plus upload those recordings and notes for public
online access. Work on a weekly basis. We need 2-4 volunteers.
- Social media : for those who are good at updating FB &
twitter status. Work on a daily basis. We need 2 volunteers.
